April: It's Spring!



Spring has sprung!  Spring is a time that many of us feel inspired to make healthier choices for our physical and mental health.  The smell of fresh air, access to fresh vegetables, and more hours of sunlight provide us with more ways to improve our well-being.  What are some of your favorite spring time changes?  For instance, do you take more walks?
